5. No Insurer has cancelled or declined cover.
6. As the insured person you are the owner of the commercial vehicle, it is registered in your name (or your company name) in the Republic of Ireland and the car is taxed commercially.
7. As the insured person, you have read our Terms & Conditions.

In Respect Of The Vehicle To Be Insured, You Are Confirming

1. The commercial vehicle has not been modified.
2. The Commercial Vehicle is right hand drive.
3. The Commercial Vehicle is less than 3.5 Tonnes Gross.
4. It does not have non-standard audio equipment or a non-standard car phone.
5. It is normally kept at your home address.
6. It is not more than 15 years old.
7. Finally, you are confirming that the vehicle is being used for carriage of own goods & social, domestic & pleasure purposes and in connection with travelling to and from your work, excluding its use of the soliciting of commercial orders.
